We are constantly looking for potential residential development sites in West Sussex and Hampshire.

The sites can be land only, with or without planning permission, or existing residential or commercial sites.

For any introductions that proceed to purchases through land or estate agents we are willing to pay between 1.25% and 3% plus VAT as a retained fee, where fees have not been paid by the vendors.
